At Atkinson Candy Co., we take pride in our fresh, high-quality confections. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns or provide replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your candy for any signs of damage or shipping errors. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for review.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once authorized, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement of your favorite Atkinson treats at no additional cost.
